This is where you can find the documents that defines Newcroft Gardens Management Company and see what it means to be a Member.

We only cover the communal areas, which consists of the car parking area for the four Courts, and some of the pathways, however it still takes a lot of administration.

If you can volunteer some of you time to assist with administration or maintenance of the Courts, it would be greatly appreciated. We all want to avoid having to go back to needing an external agent again.

Of course the main purpose of the company is to make sure the communal areas are safe and properly maintained.

We have already completed important remedial work, which is updated on the Maintenance Page.

What is Newcroft Gardens Management Company responsible for?

Only the communal areas, i.e. the access into car parking spaces from the main road, the bricked areas in the car parking areas and the Visitor car parking spaces.

What is Newcroft Gardens Management Company NOT responsible for?

  • Personal (numbered) Car Parking spaces.  These are owned and maintained by the property owners.
  • The roads through the courts – these are adopted by Wiltshire Council.
  • The drains in the courts – they have been adopted.
