Maintenance Page

Prior to August 2021 there had been little to no maintenance carried out in any of the Courts. Our annual subs went on agent fees and insurances.

However, now we have taken management back in-house, we have more to spend on repairs and preventive maintenance.

We carried out at least two sprays of weed-killer across the courts in the summer.

This winter we have fixed the big issues:

Broken and missing drain covers in Savoy court.
Removing the larger trees in all car parks.

The drains had become a serious trip hazard and the channel was broken in many places. So we commissioned a new channel and channel covers..

The trees had become overgrown and has started to break up the tarmac and brickwork. The Members voted to take the trees down before the situation got worse. We will plant something more appropriate in the spring
