We are a Residents Associations with a legal mandate to maintain the Communial areas (the car parking areas) associated with Charlotte Court, Falstaff Court, Savoy Court and Globe Court in King Edwards Close, Calne. It covers 2 Post Codes SN11 9RG and SN11 9RQ.

The Company is made up of Members. Every property must have a Member, there is only one Member per property (so often a Member is couple rather than an individual).
The properties are numbered 1-98 and so are unique across the courts. However there are only 94 Members as 3 properties belong to a Housing Association and there is no number 13!
The Members vote in Directors, whom must be Members at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Ideally there would be 2 Directors for each Court, but we are not there yet. So we are happy to take in Directors in advance of an AGM.
